2 Month Less than 3 month Basic÷3X2=Amount.

1 Month Less than 2 Month Basic÷3X1=Amount.

Less than 1 month operator category or 6440 to above=1000 Tk. per head.

Less than 1 month Helper category or 5000 Less 6440=500 Tk.

Per head.

Staff Bonus Policy:

6 Month or 180 days Completed Bonus Full Basic.

Less than 6 month (Basic÷180 days X days) =amount.
