standard operating procedure of employees Training
Objective
1.     Continuously provide training to all Personnel in order to provide safe environment as well as to produce better Product Quality at Right First Time.

Area
This SOP is applicable to all departments at YOUR Garments Limited.

Responsibility
2.     Fire Safety Officer/Compliance are responsible in providing Fire Safety Training for all Personnel.
3.     Product Safety Officer is responsible to provide personal safety to all personnel.
4.     Nurse/Medical Officer is responsible in training First Aider.
5.     HR team is responsible for conducting motivational and team building training.
6.     Concern Department heads are responsible in providing training to their sub-ordinates on Operating SOP/machinery & other working instructions.
7.     QAM are responsible in providing Training to all personnel to achieve better Product Quality at Right First time.
8.     GM-QAD is responsible in Training his sub-ordinates and production team on Quality Systems and procedures.

b.     Team Counseling
5.     Identifying New Training Needs to improve the Product Quality and Factory Personnel Skills
a.      Department Heads are responsible in identifying needs of new training's in order to improve their sub-ordinates skills to build the better team to produce consistent quality garments.
