Heat Transfer Label

Objective

v  To ensure that correct parameters (time, temperature & pressure) are followed to set the heat transfer machine consistently.

v  To ensure Heat Transfer Labels attached as per the buyer requirements

Procedure

Ø  Heat Transfer Machine Setting

1)   Follow Supplier Technical Data Sheet and set the machine as per recommended Parameters (Time, Temperature & Pressure) and do few trials.

2)   Based on trials and check below quality parameters to finalize Heat Transfer machine setting.

v  Check whether the print is peeling off or not?

v  Check whether the print position is correct?

v  Check whether any color change in print?

v  Check whether any damage in garment/Panel?

v  Check whether any shiny mark or color change in fabric?

v  Do wash test to find whether the print OK after wash as per buyer requirements?

3)   Finalize the Machine setting parameters based on the best result.

Ø  Daily Heat Transfer Machine Check

1)   Need to clean the machine properly. First on Electric Switch, then on the machine switch.

2)   Machine should be adjusted to the parameters based on our trails following supplier data sheet.

3)   Daily 2 times need to check temperature by using thermal stripe.

4)   Every Machine should check 2 times per day with report.

Ø  Guidance for Heat Transfer Machine Operator

v  Operator should clean his machine before start production.

v  Operator should follow mark properly. Heat transfer position should be same as requirement.

v  Slanted heat seal position not accept able.

v  Shining mark at heat seal label area not accept able.

v  Before attach heat seal label operator should check & problem label should keep separate.

Ø  Heat Transfer Label Check Guidance

v  Heat seal measurement should be same as requirement.

v  Heat transfer label peel off totally not accept able.

v  Heat transfer label position same as approved pattern.

v  Shining mark & pleat not acceptable.
